Dark Chocolate Is Good for Stress
Untitled Document
The day after tomorrow is White Day. On this day, people give candy and presents to their loved ones. Why don¡¯t you give dark chocolate on this White Day instead of candy? According to a new study, it helps fight against stress!

In the study published in the recent issue of the Journal of Proteome Research, American researchers reported the positive effects of dark chocolate. They said that eating dark chocolate is good for the heart as well as helps combat emotional stress.

The study found that eating about 40 grams of dark chocolate a day for two weeks reduced levels of stress hormones in the bodies of people feeling highly stressed. According to the researchers, dark chocolate can help reduce risk factors for heart disease and other illnesses, too.

Many studies show that dark chocolate is actually very good for the body. However, there was little evidence on how chocolate helped relieve stress until now. After studying stressed people for a few weeks, the recent study suggest that chocolate actually helps ease emotional stress.

So, when you feel stressed, try eating a piece of dark chocolate. Soon enough, you will feel much better. However, it must be dark chocolate since milk chocolate contains lots of sugar and fat. Let¡¯s eat lots of dark chocolate and feel more relaxed.
